Hello it's me again!! I thought they were done coming through my yard as I havent seen one in 2 weeks, BUT YESTERDAY ON SUNDAY NOV. 11TH 2019, while taking trash out, something fluttering above me caught my eye. I figured it was another Fritillary (we have tons) but to my delightful surprise, A BEAUTIFUL VIBRANT ADULT MONARCH was 2 feet above my head!!!!! Close enough i could easily see the vibrant orange, the black lines, the white dots. If eyes could film video, it would of been perfection. Sorry I have no photo to share! Was just running the trash out!! Very unexpected encounter!!
