I noticed that the milkweed had emerged pretty well through the mulch. Many milkweed plants had emerged. These are South facing. I will check to see if some have emerged in the more shaded areas. Now if Monarchs will make a resurgence here in my part of CT. Last year saw very few Monarchs.
