My name is Amanda Walker and I am from Lock Haven High School. I have
researched very hard and I think I have come up with the answer to
challenge question #4. I think so many eagles pass through Trempealeau,
Wisconsin because of the Mississippi River. The Mississipp could
provide all the eagles that come there with lots of different kinds of
food, such as fish, small mammals, and possibly ducks that have been
wounded during the hunting season. Another reason could be the warmer
temperatures. One more reason could be because of the Trempealeau
National Wildlife Refuge. This could be a safe resting place for the
eagles. These are the only answers I could come up with.
