I think that on Febuary 20, 1997, eagle #N99 is in Phiadelphia, Pennsyvania.
He may be finding food on the Delaware River. No, I don't think that he is
migrating yet because the data given shows that he traveled South between
2/15 and 2/18. I think that if he had begun to migrate, he wouldn't go
