The reason that there were 520 more manatees in January than in
February is: The bad weather made it hard for the scientists to see
the manatees and to count them. They all scatterd after it got warm.
The cold front in February was not as cold as the one in January.
Which means not as many manatees came to the warm places. We are from
    Crested Butte, Colorado.
