Hi our names Sean Fowlkes and James Blevins of Laytonville Middle
School we think the answer of the questions are,

Viceroys are first seen in late spring.

Viceroys spend the winter on the under side of willow or plum tree
    leaves.

Viceroys spend the winter as an egg or a chrysilis.
