In Lincoln, NEbraska, we averaged the daily highs and lows from Feb. 1
to Feb. 14. We found that the average for the first week was 30
degrees F. and for the second week was 22 degrees F. But, a robin was
spotted on Feb. 13 and others also have been spotted.
