    When the DDT was sprayed onto the plants or whatever it was sprayed on,
    it dripped dow or misted onto the ground. It was in this soil that an
    earthworm was residing at the moment. since earthworms frolick in the
    soil where the DDT was sprayed the earthworm was infected by it. The
    tainted worm was thus eaten by a robin.
