    Challenge Question #4

    The dates the gardens were planted are correlated in the sense that they
    were all planted either towards the end of November and December of '96
    or towards the beginning of '97.The gardens all bloomed in the second to
    the last week in February. Our explanation for the correlation of the
    dates is that because the tulips were all planted on the eastern coast,
    where they get plenty of rain and sunshine, they took about two months to
    emerge and then bloom.
