Michelle Menegaz's 4th Grade, Academy School, Brattleboro, Vermont

Here are our guesses.....we did not have resources that enabled us to look up
a city and then get it's exact lat/long, but we guessed using a CDRom Atlas
program that got us close....Thank you so much for doing this project. We
learned a lot and our Mystery Site Graph was the "coolest"!

1. Buenos Aires, Argentina...34"45'S , 58.5W

2. Ruse, Bulgaria...43"59'N, 26E

3. We think it is one of three research bases on Antartica...either, Terra
Nova B.IT., Gondwana, Ger., or Marble Point, U.S. - ?lat, 166.75E

4. St. John, New Brunswick, Canada...45"19'N, 66W

5. Somewhere in New Zealand...we couldn't distinguish from the clues which
city...also, we had trouble with the GMT numbers...were they correct? We
will guess Wellington, New Zealand at 41"26'S, 175"22E

6. American AirForce base in Germany...52"15'N, 7.2E

7. Hong Kong, China...22"59'N, 114.25E

8. Harare, Zimbabwe...18"02'S, 31E

9. Singapore...1"22'N, 103.75E

10. Hammerfest, Norway...70"30'N, 27E
