My student, Rachael Winter, came up with an answer to challenge question =
#3 and asked me to forward it to you.

The Right Whales might be heading south because of the conditions that =
Wl Nino is providing. It has been below normal for a few days in the =
southern area, while it has been mild to warm in the northern area.
