Challenge Question #2, tulip

Michelle Menegaz (Michelle_Menegaz@Academy.vegs.together.org)

Our class thinks the date of planting does affect the date that they emerge
and bloom next spring. If they are planted early, they would come up early.
If they are planted late, we think they will come up late. You could have
two gardens and plant one early and one late and see which one comes up
first.
