We think they saw 5 monarchs per minute.
Here is our translation:
They finally saw monarchs in Piedras Negras, Coahuila. Sunday was very
fresh, 10 degrees cooler. We saw 5 monarchs per minute and on the road
also. They were all confused and not exactly sure where to go.
