The greatest difference in the areas was 20 degrees. The hottest was by garden facing a brick wall being heated constantly by passive solar, and the coldest was by a fence in a field shadowed by trees behind the fence most of the days. The biggest difference was 42 degrees farenheight on some days. -Southmoor School, Littleton, CO
