Daylight savings time doesn't change the photoperiod because both times
(sunrise and sunset) are both set ahead 1 hour. For example, in Rocky Hill,
Sunday's photoperiod could be 12 hours 15 minutes. The sunrise and sunset
    would be at
        17:45
        - 5:30
           12:15
If the time changed 1 hour ahead the photoperiod would still stay the same.
        18:45
        - 6:30
        12:15
