We predict for the ice out contest that the date will be a round March
12, 2000. When we compared the other dates to are prediction we where
about right. If you noticed look at 1995 ,1996, 1997 years, they go down
by a littlebit then it shoots up again and this year, it should go down
a little bit which would be around the date we predicted.
