A hummingbird can move its wings 60 to 70 times a second in the smallest
species, so other birds that are bigger can't. Even though hummingbirds
stop and rest as much as other birds, they can still go farther because of
their wing speed. In addition, a hummingbird can fly 29 m.p.h.
