    Hi, I have a question about whale migration. What is the average length of
    travel from Alaska to Hawaii for the humpback whale? Also, how do
    researches track this journey? Do the whales generally swim directly to
    HAwaii or are they noted to meander along the way? If you have any info on
    whale migration I would greatly appreciate receiving pieces of your wisdom.

    I live in Southeast Alaska but have never seen the humpbacks in Hawaii.
    Their existences fascinate me and I'm anxious to know more about the part of
