When do you predict there will be an ice out on Walden Pond?
Having the advantage of living near Walden Pond might not have been an
advantage because we let what we saw there (TONS) of ice covering the pond,
mix our feelings about the calculations we came up with. We decided our
prediction would be: March 17, 2001.
