The 70th day of the normal year is March 10th. The 90th day is April 1st. This year there is a good prbability the Rufus Hummingbird will start its migration between these dates, because we have had a lot of snow this year. However, in some states, flowers have started to bloom and the Rufus follows the flowering plants. Because they are later in leaving this year than last year's January 2, they need to start on their migrations soon.
