I think one of the Bald eagles should be named Hoover. Here is why I think this is a name fit for a satellite-tracked eagle: eagles hover before they strike their prey. Hoover sounds a little more like a name that Hover.
Another good name would be Shoot. I think this is a good name because the eagles shoots down for his prey really fast.
