Stephanie Turcotte Edenholm is a certified CA Naturalist, M.Ed. with over twenty years’ experience working as an educator. In 2015, she began using her experience in nature, combined with her love of writing, to expose the hidden voices in the natural world and ultimately foster positive change and stewardship in children. Stephanie has been an educational docent for the Pacific Grove Natural History Museum since moving to the area in 2012. Annually, she guides school groups through the monarch grove, throughout the monarch season, to help students better understand why the monarchs migrate there in the fall, and many places like it along the CA coast. She wrote and self-published her first book, The Perfect Place, due to the lack of literature available on the western migration.
