    Dear Journey North,
On Cinco de Mayo 20 different butterflies arrived from all over the U.S.
and Northern Mexico. We were so happy to see the beautiful colors and
variety of shapes and sizes! WE received butterflies from:
The Glen Montesorri School, Pittsburgh, PA
                      Hunter Middle School, Oolewah, Tennessee
                          Jones Middle School, Mississippi
Beverly City School, Beverly, New Jersey
                                Indian HIll, Michigan
                                   Winslow, Maine
                                    Swanton, Ohio
                             Village Elementary, Kansas
                              St. Louis Park, Minnesota
    Three Tagged butterflies came from:
Ciclo de Amistad and Lexington, Kentucky
                                Saltillo Coah, Mexico
Ciclo de Amistad and Lexington, Kentucky

Thanks so much for the wonderful experience my class is having. We are
growing three plots of milkweed and we will be ready for the real Monarchs
in August when we return to Norton Elementary School, Snellville, Georgia
and the Monarchs begin their Journey South again to Mexico !
