    Dear Friends,
Our class received Symbolic Butterflies that were cared for this winter
by a Mexican student named Monserrat M. Martinez of Angangueo,
Michoacan, Mexico. The butterflies are beautiful, thanks for caring for
them. Their cluster included butterflies from seven different states.

Here are the school where the butterflies we received came from:
    Bethel Lutheran School, Morton, IL
    Pence Elementary School, Fairfield, IO
Spring Valley Elementary School, Hewitt, TX
    Northridge School, Bismarck, ND
Glen Lake Elementary School, Minnetonka, MN
    UM Preschool, Warren, PA
    Northern Elementary School, Butler, KS
Oak Park Elementary School, Stillwater, MN

The following butterflies were tagged by a tourist at El rosario Monarch
or Sierra Cincua Sanctuary in Michoacan, Mexico.
    Russell Elementary School, Smyrna, GA
    Irwin Elementary, Lapeer, MI
    Beauvoir Elementary School, Biloxi, MS
    Geckeler Nursery School, Middletown, OH
Mountain View Elementary, Johnson City, TN
    Willard High School, Willard, MO
    Irwin Elementary School, Concord, NC

Finally, one butterfly was tagged by a tourist on the Monarch's
Migration Pathway at Saltillo, Coahuilla, Mexico. That butterfly was
from ESC. SEC. TEC. No. 84, Saltillo, Coah, MEX.

Hope to hear from you, granellm@lm.havre.k12.mt.us. The butterflies are
being looked after by many third grade students in Havre, MT.

    Sincerely,
    Mrs. Granell's Third Graders
