    Dear Friends,
Our class received beautiful butterflies that were cared for this winter by
three Mexican students, Carlos Rivera, Brenda Ortega Cruz, and Emiliano
    Zapata of Angangueo, Michoacan.

These are the schools from which their long journey began:

Our Lady of Lourdes, Toledo, Ohio
Rice Creek Elem, Columbia, South Carolina
    Sutherland School. Sutherland, Nebraska
Cornwall Terrace Elem, West Lawn, Pennsylvania
    William Davis Elem, Southampton, Pennsylvania
Canyon View Elem, San Diego, California
Deane Porter School, Rumson, New Jersey
Fern Bluff Elementary, Round Rock, Texas

These butterflies were tagged by visitors at the Sanctuary:
    Walker Elem, Northport, Alabama
BC Charles Elem, Newport News, Virginia
    Vera Kilpatrick Elem, Texarkana, Arkansas
    Diamond Elem, Gaithersburg, Maryland
Melvin J. Berman Hebrew Academy, Rockville, Maryland
    Northwood Elem, Seminole, Oklahoma
and an unamed school in Illinois

Please email us if you'd like to know who made the butterflies that
migrated all the way to sunny Southern Colorado. Send email if you'd like
the address of the Mexican students so you may thank them.

    Your Friends,
    Mrs. Allen's 4th Grade Class
    South Park Elementary School
    Pueblo, Colorado
