Our 7th grade Spanish classes have received Symbolic butterflies from Mexico. The butterflies are enjoying getting to know our 17-Year eastern Cicadas as well as the excitment of commissioning week at the U.S. Naval Academy! Here are the schools that made the butterflies:

Many were cared for in Mexico by the COLEGIO CORREGIDORA in Michoacan Mexico. We are planting "butterfly bushes" in front of our school to create a summer habitat here. We have enjoyed participating in this project for 3 years.
