Toni says that the animals (whales) will have less food in the winter.

Ginny chose the monarch butterfly. She said "When there is less sun
light the plants don't grow fast. So the animals might wait for the
    plants to grow."

Lauren said, "The sun would affect because when the seasons change the
sun gives less energy and it is bad for the flowers because it makes the
flowers grow slower and the hummingbird cannot nectar."

Anteria wrote, "The sun will give energy to the plant, but little
animals eat plants. If you get more sun the plant will grow faster but
if you get less the plant will not grow more."
