We are Miss Bailey's third grade class at Citrus Elementary School in
Vero Beach, Florida.
We did a lot of science and social studies activities to help us
understand Mystery Class. We also learned how to use research tools. We
used encyclopedias, atlases, almanacs, dictionaries, and informational
books. We also used helpful CD-ROMs on our classroom computers, and we
searched the internet in our computer lab. We worked in groups of two or
three. Sometimes Miss Bailey had to help us, but most of the time we
suprised her by finding the information we needed on our own!
On Thursday, April 25 Miss Bailey made us get up in front of the whole
class. She put transparencies with all our clues on the overhead
projector, and she had us tell everybody what we had found out about our
clues and tell what reference materials we had used. We had to prove
that we tried our best to figure our where our Mystery Class was
located.
Where in the world do we think the Mystery Sites are located?

We had so much fun! We were sorry when it was all over and there was no
more searching to do. We learned a lot, and we're looking forward to
finding out if our guesses were correct.
