They also have protection from the killer whales and sharks. The goverment of Mexico protects them like they only let a sertan amont of boat to be on the waterand they have rules for how close you get to them. #5 On the blow-hole there are endings at the top of the blow hole and right when the skin touches the whale outhale the air and then right away takes the air right back.
