         <italic>    Manatees do not have  dentists to help replace
their teeth, like humans do. Instead manatees have  marching molars
which means they have a lot more extra teeth. The teeth come in 
pushing the most worn down or oldest tooth out.Humans on the other hand
have  one set of teeth   and also have dentists.
