In what ways does the eaglešs tail help sustain their fishing and
    scavenging lifestyle?

We read the question and thought about it and came up that their tail
is shaped like a rudder. It would make it easier to dive quickly and easier
    to catch fish.
The feathers help the eagle to steer through the air. The tail also
helps the eagle keep its balance.
