The following is an answer from Jessie, a student in Mrs. Erdmann's 5th
grade TAG class at South O'Brien middle school.
Jessie - It gets too warm for them in their wintering grounds, so they move
to where it is cooler. When it gets to be winter in the USA they go to
their wintering grounds where it is warmer.
