The marathaon swimmer is Giffer. Between February 11 and 13, he traveled .17 degrees both north and west. He travels at the rate of .0035 degrees each hour if there was 48 hours between these dates and locations. Assuming there are 60 miles in each degree, the hourly rate is .21mph.
