    Challenge Question #3:
"Why don't all locations appear to have EXACTLY twelve hours of day and
    night on the Equinox?"

I have two tries at the challenge question from my class, the Hickory Room
at Belle Sherman School in Ithaca. Maybe all of the world's countries don't
go to 12 hours in the equinox because some countries are a day or 24 hours
    away. -D

Not all places have the same amount of sunlight on the Exquinox because the
Earth's Axis is tilted, so the farther away from the equator, the less sun
you have. That't why not everybody has the same amount of sunlight. -T
