"What do you notice in this week's sunrise/sunset times for Mystery
Classes #3 and #10? What do you think happened? Why doesn't this
change the photoperiod trend lines on your graph for these Mystery
    Classes?"

I notice that the sunrises became somewhat later than last week's
times, but the sunsets became much later as well, making it so that
the photoperiods are actually increased, regardless of the later
sunrises. The change is due to Daylight Savings Time. Daylight Savings
Time began in Mystery Classes 3 and 10, which are a day ahead of the
U.S., affecting the times, but keeping the increase the same.
