The question was-What predicts WHEN tulips will emerge?

-My partner and I believe that weather has a big part in predicting WHEN tulips will emerge. I believe it has to be somewhat warm in order for them to come out. If spring is late, then the tulips will be late in emerging. The amount of rain is also a big factor. A moist ground, a somewhat warm climate (approximately in the 40's), and rainfall are the major factors.
