We tried to answer challenge question #6, but seem to come up with more questions than answers. When we looked at the map, there was no key to tell us exacly what the shapes represented. We assumed they were gardens that emerged at different dates. Then we weren't sure what was meant by different areas. Are they different gardens at the same school? Are they different schools in the same town? Are they near by towns? The answers to these questions are themselves a factor that could effect emerging dates. We did figure that whether or not the planting rules were followed exactly could effect the emerging dates no matter where the gardens are.
