Challenge question #8 Grade 5

From: Delong, Gwynne <DelongG@Schenectady.k12.ny.us>
Date: Fri Apr 22 2005 - 18:07:05 EDT

Dear Journey North, We have enjoyed this year's Mystery Class Challenge.
Your materials and support get better every year. My class has clearly
gained so much from this project, and it coincides perfectly with a unit I
teach on measuring time. The children look forward to Fridays and getting
their clues and using the research skills they are acquiring. Thanks for
another good year. Unfortunately, your final clues came on the day before
spring break, so we did not have much time to narrow down the final
location. I am sending you what 4 teams did come up with, and they were
getting close by the previous week. I will have the other teams finish up
when we get back, just so they will know how they did.
