What is the Aberdeen Proving Grounds? Do you think this would be a safe refuge? What hazards could there be for eagles??   The Aberdeen Proving Grounds is a center for Army material testing, laboratory research, and military training. I don't think this would be a safe refuge for the eagles. There are many hazards for the eagles such as weapons firing, bright flashes of light, detonations that generate sound and vibration, and chemical exposure.
