Challenge Question #5

From: Barb lindquist <BLINDQUI@hpsk12.net>

We think that the reason everyone doesn't have exactly 12 hours of night
and 12 hours of day on the equinox is because the motions of the earth
do not correspond exactly with the clock or more correctly said - the
clock does not fit exactly with the motions of the earth. There are not
exactly 24 hours a day just like there are not exactly 365 days in a
year. The times were all very close - within 3 minutes of each other
compared to other times of the year- except for Antartica that is!
