1. Monarch butterflies get the water they need during the dry season from flowers. The nectar of the flower provides water and the nutrients they need to survive. They may also get the water from left over puddles.

2. These students added:
Adult butterflies get nectar from flowers and lliquid from fruits.
Stephanie, Renea, & Safeer

3. This group added:
We think they get their water from the dew on the leaves of the trees, as well as, the flowers.
