Standoff! What will these cranes do next?

Here is crane #913 in Chass pen, with older #501, who dropped in for a visit. Tracker and winter monitor Eva watches. She asks: Do you see how #913, the one with rust-colored feathers, is standing super straight? Birds stretch tall to show dominance. To cranes, taller is better. Young #913 and older #501are facing off, both wanting to be top crane. Both are standing as tall as they can. Finally #501 does two more threats. She turns to show the younger bird her red crown. She takes a couple of high-walking steps. What will these cranes do next in their contest to be top crane?
