Numbers Dip

"Today (Sept. 29) brings rain and a major dip in the total numbers of hummers feeding at our house. With 13 feeders, we estimated about 100 tiny hungry birds on Sep. 26 & 27. The 28th showed about a 50% drop in numbers. Today, a dramatic drop is being seen with only an occasional handful at most feeders." —Kenneth of Willis, Texas
