In Birmingham, Alabama, Ron has enjoyed hosting a female Rufous the past 2 winters. Last year she stayed around until the middle of April waiting for her time to leave. When will she leave this spring?
"It's been 2 months since my female Rufous showed up in my yard. She comes regularly to the feeder or sits at one of her several perches. Last year she didn't leave until the 2-3rd week of April." Birmingham, Alabama 03/14/15
