    Dear Friends,
Our 3rd grade class at Children's University in Arlington, Texas received Symbolic Butterflies that were cared for this winter by Mexican Students named Emiliano Negrete and Gabriela Guzman Castellanos. Some of the Butterflies spend the winter at the El Rosario Monarch Sanctuary in Michoacan, Mexico and they were tagged by tourists and students that visited the Sanctuary.
Here are the schools where the butterflies we received came from:
    Wolseley School in Manitoba, Canada
Hidden Hollow Elementary School in North Brunswick, NJ (2 butterflies)
Magsig Middle School in Centerville, OH (2 butterflies)
Dr. F.W.L. Hamilton School in Manitoba, Canada
Glen Elementary School in BC, Canada
Vilonia Elementary School in Vilonia, AR
Chesterfield Elementary School in Chesterfield, MI
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. School in San Francisco, CA

    The tagged butterflies came from:
Council Elementary School in Council, ID
Judd Elementary Schoo in North Brunswick, NJ
    Downy SChool in Westwood, MA
Lisgar P.S. in Mississauga, ON, Canada

We had a lot of fun with this project, and we look forward to contacting new friends that we met along the way.

    Sincerely,
3rd Grade Class at Children's University in Arlington, Texas
