I understand the contest is judged by grade. If I have multiple grades in one classroom, I will list all grades on the Answer Form (e.g. 4/5, 4,5,6, 4-5).

I understand that my Answer Form MUST include all of the following information about
each mystery site I am answering for:
a. The name of the City (or town or specific place.)
b. The name of the Country (not the state/province; if the place has no country, list the continent).
c. The site's approximate latitude and longitude (We'd prefer lat/long in decimals, going to tenths of a degree; degrees and minutes are fine.)

I will be careful and doublecheck
my answer BEFORE submitting. I understand I will not be allowed to change my answer and submit it again
to correct mistakes (even
transposed locations). |

"Class Name" identify the specific
class the answer is from:

Johnson's 1st hour class", or
- "Ms.
