Some Favorite Things
Our favorite classroom activity is Reading and Mystery Class! Our favorite books are Charlotte’s Web and Captain Underpants. Our favorite games and activities include ultimate tag, soccer, and swimming in our school pool. Our favorite local recipe is chicken tangine with couscous, or "Couscous Friday." The tradition in Morocco is that restaurants and our cafeteria serves couscous on Fridays. It is served with carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and eggplant.

For sweets, there are many traditional sweets to enjoy--take your pick from the macaron, beriouate, corn de guazelle, or mlewza!!
