Our Low Elevation is Higher Than All Others
Another notable fact about Lesotho is that as a country it is uniformly located at higher elevations than most other countries. In fact, our country’s lowest places are at 1,400 metres (4,593 ft). That makes our country’s low places the highest of any country.Our entire country lies above 1,000 metres (3,281 ft) in elevation.
