Our first report of a roost in Alabama! October 5, 2010
"The Monarchs have begun arriving on the Grand Hotel resort property here in Point Clear, Alabama, over the past couple of days. They are floating in the breezes and congregating on the bottle brush and other shrubs, especially along the waterfront of Mobile Bay. They are also hanging in clusters from the Spanish Moss on the live oaks."
