Lead Scientist
Mexican biologist Eduardo Rendon leads the team of scientists who visit the monarchs' 12 traditional wintering sites every December to measure the area the butterfly colonies cover. Eduardo is head of the World Wildlife Fund-Mexico's Monarch Butterfly Program. He has worked in the monarch sanctuary region since the 1990's when he was a graduate student of Dr. Lincoln Brower.
